What's the cooling off period for Business Savings Accounts?
If you change your mind, we’ll be happy to cancel your account, refund any deposits you’ve made and apply no notice periods or penalties provided you let us know within the following timescales:

| Fixed Rate Accounts | Within the 14 day cooling off period you have 14 days from the date you opened your Fixed Rate account to close it without any penalties or giving us any notice. |
