Why is Aldermore switching from paper to email for maturity communications?

We're an online bank and moving to email as the default method for maturity communications to provide a faster, more secure and environmentally friendly way of keeping you informed. This change allows us to reduce our carbon footprint and ensures that you receive important updates more efficiently.

What if I prefer paper maturity communications?​

If you're a personal savings customer and would like to continue receiving paper communications, you can opt out of email notifications.
